Fatin is always found of junk food. Not to blame him, like mother like son. One saturday evening we had nothing to do, so we decided to dine out. 1st decided to beach later ended landing at KFC in Citi Center, where we dived for burgers and fried chicken.

Not to forget the founder of the big chain of KFC's, here we proudly present to you KFC with Fatin.

PS: I don't know who is standing behind him.

It was 1st April 1999 at 4:10am. My son was born. Now he has turned 9 yrs.

On this 8th birthday, we never planned for any party or cake cutting, as the previous day was Bandh in chennai. He wanted a MICKEY face cake. I wanted to surprise him on his special day. So I got the cake he wanted, before even he got up from his bed.

We had even unexpected guests on that day, where the evening turned out to be party.

Finally he came to me for the GIFTS, where I handed him a ENID BLYTON's  mystery series book and a pack of UNO cards. He asked very curious "I thought I was getting Roller blades?"

Me:  Its on its way .

Fatin: Now I know ! Its coming from AbuDhabi....

I really hope, he enjoyed his birthday.

Last sunday when we were shopping for his T Shirts, I asked hinm to go and get his size from the next counter,

FATIN: Here MOM, there is a BLUE T shirt with cap attached.

ME : Go check if there are different colours?

FATIN : There is a PINK one here.

ME: PINK looks nice, Shall we pick it?

FATIN : Please MOM, Boys don't wear PINK and I hate PINK, Maybe you can pick it for you and not for a BOY..............

Fatin is curious to know where do babies come from??

Last week we had visited my cousin who had delivered a baby boy. Fatin, was so happy to the baby who was asleep..........

Then he asks "Mummy, When we came last time, Aunty had a big tummy, now where is that tummy?"

Me: "Her tummy is sleeping in that cradle."

Fatin: "Thats her baby...."

Me: "Aunty had a baby inside her tummy, now the baby is out , so the tummy is gone"

Fatin: "How will she take the baby from her tummy? Will she cut her stomach won't it pain?"

Me: " When the baby wants to come out, The doctor will cut the stomach to take the baby out"

Fatin "Mummy you are lying, My friend told me that a Crane carries the baby in a cloth and drops them through the chimney, when everyone is sleeping"

Me: What do I say now.................

Fatin comes running to me and tells me "Mummy, Nadeem is crying so badly, So can I take 2 jellys , one for him and one for Me?"

Me : "Okay"

After 2 minutes, Fatin shouts from the living room

Fatin : "Mummy Nadeem stopped crying, Shall I have both these Jellys for myself"

I knew He wanted 2 jellys , Finally he managed to get 2 jellys from me, using his brother's name.
